How to Renew Road Tax in Malaysia

You can renew your road tax through multiple channels. Most drivers renew road tax and insurance together.

Online (MyEG / JPJ)

Renew online through MyEG or JPJ eDaftar. You will need valid insurance and a vehicle inspection (if required). Road tax disc is delivered or you can print a temporary one.

Post Office / POS

Visit any post office with your vehicle registration card, insurance cover note, and payment. Road tax disc is issued immediately.

JPJ Counter

Renew directly at any JPJ state office. Bring your insurance cover note, identification, and vehicle registration.
